Description

Chest radiograph showing bilateral reticulonodular interstitial infiltrates in a 2-year-old boy with HIV infection and lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis/pulmonary lymphocytic hyperplasia (LIP/PLH). Presumptive diagnosis of LIP/PLH is based on persistence for 2 months or more of characteristic radiographic features.
