Description
Antiretroviral-associated lipodystrophy syndrome in a 17-year-old HIV-infected girl. Although the pathogenesis of the condition is debated, many studies suggest an association with combination antiretroviral therapy. The condition manifests with both physical and metabolic abnormalities.
