Description

Computed tomography scan of the chest of an HIV-infected patient, CD4 count of <200 cells/µL, with multiple, bilateral cysts secondary to Pneumocystis jiroveci as well as a focal alveolar consolidation secondary to Streptococcus pneumoniae.
