Bartonella henselae/Bacillary angiomatosis: hepatosplenomegaly in peliosis hepatis

Description
A CT scan of the abdomen shows hepatosplenomegaly with numerous low-density hepatic parenchymal lesions in addition to pelvic ascites and pulmonary effusions. Peliosis hepatis was demonstrated on histopathologic examination of a liver specimen.
